Last week, I tried the 𝙑𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙋𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙖 at danielacatering in Buffalo, and it was so light and delicious.

I’m usually one to order a salad when I go out for Italian food due to my lactose intolerance. This time, I decided to try the highly recommended pinsa, and I have no regrets! This was my first time trying pinsa, which is a style of pizza invented in Italy in 2001 that is a spin-off of a rustic Roman pizza.

This pinsa had a base of garlic hot pepper cream and was topped with fresh basil and ribbons of zucchini, eggplant, and red bell pepper 🙌🏼

✨𝙁𝙪𝙣 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙩: Pinsa has less fat, carbohydrates, and calories than traditional pizza, along with a longer fermentation process. It has a low-gluten, high-hydration dough that includes wheat flour, soy, rice, and sourdough. The payoff is a delicious crust that is airy on the inside and crispy on the outside!
